Shipping and returns
Conditions of delivery
Prices
The
prices listed in the catalogue are effective for orders placed on the
Internet. All prices include VAT (Value Added Tax). Dealer prices
are issued on date of issuing an invoice. No possibility of discount.
Domestic
costumers have to bear United Kingdom VAT. Overseas customers from the
EU will also have to bear UK VAT unless a valid tax code issued from
there country is produced. Countries outside the EU will not have VAT
added.
Conditions of delivery and payment
All
orders placed on the internet will be dealt with as soon as
possible. The goods will be shipped to the address supplied by the
customer.
Delivery period: products in stock will be shipped by HEAT Sports within 2-5 working days.
Delivery
period for special orders (individual), i.e custom gatorz from the
manufacturer may take longer due to shipping times. The client will be
informed of any delay in delivery as soon as possible.
Payment is required in advance before any products are shipped.
All
items are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to
supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A
refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
Transport costs
Transport
of the goods will be made by royal mail/parcel force or any other
shipping service at the customers request. Costs will be calculated
based on package weight charged at the standard parcel rate. If there
is any change to the initial carriage cost quoted, HEAT Sports will
inform the customer before shipping.
Return of goods
You
have the right to cancel the order within 7 days after receipt of the
goods. You do not have to state a reason. The period starts on receipt
of your order. Please let us know when you have received the order (via
letter, fax or e-mail) and your intention to return the goods as soon
as possible. HEAT Sports will refund the amount within the next 21
days, after receiving the goods.
Postal costs are at your charge.
Products
must be returned in the original packaging in an unused state. Please
include the original invoice. HEAT Sports reserves the right to send
goods back to you if they are not in new condition, not in the original
packaging, or if you have returned the incorrect items.

Guarantee for reclamation
Although
we adhere to strict quality control, it is possible that you may
receive a wrong or damaged product. For damaged goods or wrong product
you have to cancel the order within 7 days from receipt of the goods.
To make a claim, we need the following documents: A copy of invoice as well as a detailed description of the fault.
We are not liable for defects made by third person.
Damages in transit
Please
check the order for integrity. If the packet damaged or repaired with
duct tape from the courier, you must to complain as soon as possible to
the courier and then confirm it in written form.
